Effective 10 July 2026 · Randomly (randomly.live)
The short version: Randomly is 18+. It pairs you with a random stranger (or someone you invite) for live video. Your video and text are peer-to-peer and we don't record or store them. No account, no phone number. Be respectful — abuse gets you skipped, reported, and blocked. Use it at your own risk.
This is a plain-English template to get you started. It is not legal advice — before you promote Randomly widely, have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review and adapt it. Replace every highlighted placeholder.
You must be 18 years or older to use Randomly. By using it you confirm you are 18+ and legally able to agree to these terms. Randomly is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly allow minors.
When using Randomly you agree not to:
Randomly connects two people directly using peer-to-peer WebRTC. Video, audio, and text flow between the two devices — they don't pass through or get stored on our servers (a small share of connections relay encrypted media through a TURN server when a direct link isn't possible). Because connections are direct and live, we do not and cannot pre-screen or monitor what people show or say. You interact with strangers at your own risk.
You can skip anyone instantly and use the in-call Report control. When you report someone, we keep a record of that report — including a snapshot of the moment and the technical details needed to look into it — so we can review it and act. We may, at our discretion and without notice, limit, suspend, or permanently block anyone who breaks these terms, and we may share a report with the authorities where the law requires it. A record is kept only when a report is made — never in normal use — and only for as long as needed to handle it.
Randomly is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that you'll have a good experience or find a match. You are responsible for your own safety and conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randomly and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct, content, or actions of any other user, arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using Randomly at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India for any dispute.
Randomly is built to collect as little as possible. No account, no name, no phone number, no profile. We don't store your conversations.
Randomly relies on a few services that may process technical data (like your IP) to make it work: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, and the TURN relay), Google Fonts and jsDelivr (loading fonts and a QR library), and public STUN servers (helping two devices find each other). Each has its own privacy practices.
Conversations aren't stored. Transient technical logs (e.g. for security and abuse prevention) are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
Randomly is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly process data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using it, contact us and we'll act.
You can clear the consent flag any time via your browser settings. For any privacy question or request, contact us below.
